Family Wishlist remains an independent open-source project maintained by Jon Reed. Paid installation work is a service supplied and invoiced by Furls Digital Ltd.
Your installation belongs in your account. Setup help does not turn it into a centrally hosted Furls subscription. Any ongoing maintenance, additional changes or support would be agreed separately.
There’s no published fixed fee: we’ll quote for the work you actually need, including any applicable tax and agreed third-party costs.

What should I include in my enquiry?
Your approximate family size, whether you already have a Cloudflare account, whether you want a custom domain, and anything you’re unsure about. The email link above gives you a short starting point.
Do I need to send passwords or account keys?
No. Please don’t include passwords, API tokens or private family information in an initial enquiry. If we agree to work together, we’ll arrange the access needed for that scope.
Will you own my family’s data?
The application and its database run in your own Cloudflare account. Any access required for setup is something we agree with you as part of the work and handover.
Is support included forever?
Installation help covers the scope agreed in your quote. Ongoing support, upgrades or custom development are separate work to discuss if you need them.
