FAMILY WISHLIST SETUP TERMS Version: 6 September 2026 Furls Digital Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17110533. VAT registration number 519 9802 54. Registered office and postal contact: Belmont Suite Paragon Business Park, Chorley New Road, Bolton, Lancashire, England, BL6 6HG. Email: hello@furls.co.uk. WHAT THESE TERMS COVER These terms cover optional, paid Family Wishlist setup help supplied by Furls Digital Ltd to consumers in the United Kingdom for personal or household use. The Family Wishlist application is separately available for free under the MIT licence. Paying Furls buys the agreed setup work; it does not buy a software subscription. The work is carried out in your own Cloudflare account. Your quote describes the installation, configuration, checks and handover included. Ongoing hosting management, maintenance or support is included only if the quote expressly says so. YOUR QUOTE AND AGREEMENT An enquiry does not place an order. Before you decide, we will email a quote showing the work, total price including VAT, any third-party costs, payment arrangements, expected timing and anything we need from you. We will include a copy of these terms and the cancellation information. If you want to proceed, reply accepting the quote. The contract is made when we email you confirming acceptance of your order. We will send a copy you can keep. We will agree any change to the work, price or timing with you before carrying it out. Later website changes do not change an existing contract. ACCOUNTS, ACCESS AND THIRD-PARTY COSTS You remain in control of your GitHub, Cloudflare and domain accounts. We agree the access needed for the work and remove temporary access at handover. Do not send passwords or private family data in an initial enquiry. Cloudflare and domain providers have their own terms, limits and charges. We will identify any paid service needed for the quoted work before you agree, and will not buy extras on your behalf without your express agreement. Free-plan limits and third-party availability can change. DOING THE WORK We will carry out the agreed service with reasonable care and skill, within the agreed time or, if no time is agreed, a reasonable time. We will tell you if a problem affects delivery and discuss the next step with you. If we cannot provide the agreed work, we will explain why and refund payments for work we have not supplied. This does not limit any further remedy you have under consumer law. YOUR 14-DAY RIGHT TO CANCEL You can cancel the service contract without giving a reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day the contract is made. If the final day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it extends to the next working day. To cancel, tell Furls Digital Ltd by a clear statement, for example by emailing hello@furls.co.uk or writing to our postal address above. You may use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your cancellation before the period expires. If you cancel within that period, we will refund what you paid without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you tell us. We will use the original payment method unless you expressly agree another method, and charge no refund fee. The early-start rules below explain the only deduction for work supplied during that period. IF YOU WANT US TO START SOONER We will not start the service during the cancellation period unless you expressly ask us to. We ask for that choice separately by email; accepting a quote alone is not an early-start request. If you ask us to start early and then cancel before we finish, you must pay a reasonable amount proportionate to the work supplied up to your cancellation, based on the agreed total price. We will explain that calculation. You owe no such amount if we did not give the required cancellation and payment information or you did not expressly request an early start. You lose the 14-day cancellation right only once the whole service has been supplied, and only if you expressly requested the early start and acknowledged beforehand that full performance would end that right. Starting work by itself does not remove it. Your rights where the service is not supplied correctly remain. PROBLEMS, COMPLAINTS AND YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS If something is wrong, contact hello@furls.co.uk or write to our postal address, explain the problem and tell us the outcome you want. We will investigate, discuss a remedy and explain our response. You can also ask for information in another accessible format. Consumer law may entitle you to repeat performance or a price reduction where a service does not meet the contract. These terms do not exclude or restrict your statutory rights, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The free software licence does not remove Furls’ responsibilities for its paid work. If we cannot resolve a complaint, we will give you information about an appropriate approved alternative dispute resolution provider and say whether we will participate. You can still seek independent advice or use the courts. THE LAW THAT APPLIES These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You keep the mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live in the UK, and may bring proceedings in the courts of that part of the UK.
